Wiped My Account

When this app came along all of my rewards were wiped clean. Ive asked for them to fix it but all they ever do is give me a reference number and ask that I call. Any other company would go into my account and fix it ASAP. Disney doesnt work like that. Which I must admit is disappointing.
Disney really needs to work on the customer service reps knowledge of products as well as the actual usefulness and abilities of cast members.
